I had a fantastic experience with James and Ribble Valley Sports! James was at all times professional, polite, friendly and very communicative. He explained all about the car and was very helpful when I had it collected by a third party, even taking a video of the car on the trailer for me to show it had been loaded in perfect condition. I’m delighted with the car which was exactly how described and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James who is clearly a man of his word.

James is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and above all a genuine and nice person. Can’t recommend this company enough! Took my mum to view a Audi S1 they had for sale. Customer service and attention to detail is second to none, every car they put onto the show room floor has been over with a fine tooth comb. Drove away with the car a few days later after seeing other S1’s, nothing came close to the car they was selling. Traded in her previous car and drove away the same day. There aren’t many places left where you can buy a car from someone so genuine and helpful! From start to finish James was so helpful and enthusiastic about the car I was buying. He advised the best places to sell my car that might be able to offer more money than he could part exchange and was helpful with sorting out the best finance options available for me! He was super flexible and came to the showroom to meet me out of hours as I was struggling to get down and he couldn’t do enough for us! He was very honest about the condition of the car and pointed out a few things I hadn’t noticed that weren’t an issue but he wanted us to be aware of.
Could not recommend James enough. The best experience I have had buying a car :)
